Yes, you can upgrade to the Growth tier whenever you need additional features. You can also downgrade to the Free tier if your needs change. All changes will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.
Are there any setup fees?
No, there are no setup fees for either plan. You can get started immediately without any upfront costs.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes, we offer a 20% discount when you choose annual billing for the Growth tier.
What happens if I exceed my monthly bills/payouts limit?
Whether you're on the Free or Growth plan, you can purchase additional Bills/Payouts bundle for $15. Under the Free plan, the topup will add 10 more Bills/Payouts. Under the Growth plan, the topup will add 35 more Bills/Payouts.
What if I have a more complex analysis required before I can payout bills?

What is a Cash Account?
Cash Accounts are used to move cash. Their purpose is to receive or send funds. You should keep minimum balances in these accounts since they don't earn interest. Account providers include Airwallex and Wise. In CashWise, each currency is treated as a separate account.
What is a Treasury Account?
Treasury Accounts, also known as Reserve Accounts, are accounts which are suitable to holding idle funds. Normally, these accounts will support deployment to money markets, fixed deposits and other income oriented options. In CashWise, earch currency is treated as a separate account. When you initiate a Treasury Account Connection, CashWise will provide an assisted onboarding into a Syfe Account.
